Tuesday: The Smokey Italian - Spicy Italian Sausage, Fried Bell Pepper & Onions on a Hoagie Roll Served with Skillet Fries.

Wednesday: Smoked Pork Loin - BB's BBQ Rubbed and Hickory Smoked Pork Loin Cutlets served with Green Beans, Skillet Fries and Corn Bread. 

Thursday:  Chili Cheese Mac Attack - Macaroni Noodles tossed in our Scratch Mad Chili Cheese Sauce, topped with Pulled Pork, and Crispy Onion Straws. 

Friday: Pork Belly Burnt Ends Potato Skins. Deep Fried Potato Skins, topped with chopped smoked pork belly burnt ends, chili cheese dip, and shredded cheddar cheese. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream.
